The building itself was built in the early 1800's and was the original stable block of Johnson and Sons Brewery, with the attached house forming a third of the old brewery (hence Brewery Yard!). Planning permission to convert the building was granted in March 2021 and the salon was opened in August 2021. It was officially opened by Steve Harmison MBE, DL, ex-England cricketer, and Beauty by the Sea evolved on the current site. It had previously had its home on Newbiggin High Street and was established in 2009.

These are available for any treatment or amount. They are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable or refundable.
These are required by all clients to be paid upon booking to secure the appointment. These can be used as a roll-over for the next appointment by regular clients or will be deducted from the price of the treatment after the appointment.
Deposits will be retained for missed appointments or late cancellations, i.e. less than 24 hours prior or 48 hours prior if we are closed.
If your deposit is retained, you will be asked for another one to secure your appointment.
